Where Science Meets Imagination
Much of what we do—our thoughts, reactions, habits—happens beneath the surface. Not because we’re broken or flawed, but because the Unconscious mind is always working to protect us, to keep things familiar, and to make sense of what we've experienced.
Hypnotherapy offers a gentle, grounded way to work with those deeper patterns—the ones that often feel automatic, stuck, or out of reach through logic alone. It’s not about being “under” or giving up control. It’s about reconnecting with the part of you that already knows how to shift, heal, and grow.
At Grafted Roots Wellness, I guide you through this process with care.
Each session is a space where science meets imagination—where nervous system awareness and subconscious wisdom come together to support real, sustainable change.
What Hypnotherapy Can Support
This work meets you wherever you are. Some clients come to release something—anxiety, habits, looping thoughts. Others come to grow into something new—confidence, clarity, creative flow.
Whether you're in a place of unraveling or rebuilding, the possibilities are endless. Some of the challenges hypnotherapy can support are:
Nervous system regulation + stress relief
Unwinding persistent habits (nail biting, tension patterns, emotional eating)
Releasing anxiety, overthinking, or mental fatigue
Sleep support + inner restfulness
Shifting outdated beliefs or emotional patterns
Confidence building + reconnecting with your voice
Preparing for change (new roles, creative work, transitions)
Generative change—cultivating new possibilities, inner resources, and identity shifts that align with who you're becoming
This isn’t just about symptom relief (though that happens). It’s about working from the inside out—creating space for your whole system to move toward healing, balance, and forward momentum.
What a Session Feels Like
Each 90-minute session is personalized. We begin with a conversation to check in and clarify what’s arising for you. From there, I guide you into a relaxed, focused state—something like a waking dream or deep meditation.
You’re always aware and in control, and I move at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
In this space, we use imagery, metaphor, memory, and suggestion to work directly with your subconscious mind—inviting new connections, insight, and ease. You’ll also receive a 15-minute follow-up call within the week to support integration and answer questions.
Why It Works
The unconscious mind holds the patterns, memories, and protective strategies that shape how we respond to life. When we access that part of the mind in a focused, supportive way, it becomes possible to create change that lasts—not just mentally, but emotionally and physically.
And imagination plays a vital role in that.
We use it to visualize new responses, embody calm, rehearse courage, reconnect with forgotten parts of ourselves. In this work, imagination isn’t escape—it’s a doorway to possibility. A way to gently shift your experience from within.
